Panayiotis has a dual qualification as a Solicitor of England & Wales and a Cypriot advocate. Pan is a graduate of Christ’s College of the University of Cambridge with a degree in law (MA (Cantab), LLB).
Prior to moving to Cyprus, Pan worked for eight years in the corporate team of global Magic Circle law firm Linklaters LLP, more recently as a managing associate. Pan has represented private equity funds and their portfolio companies, sovereign funds and high-net-worth individuals and multinational corporations. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and consortiums, reorganisations and ongoing corporate and portfolio company advice in relation to high-profile, cross-border, high-value transactions.
In the last few years, Pan has co-founded Pittas + Koullouros LLC and has been heading the firm’s corporate and commercial, M&A and JV and employment law practices, advising a range of stakeholders, both in its capacity as Cyprus counsel alongside leading international law firms, as well as lead transaction counsel on major deals, with extensive experience in private equity transactions.
