Pittas + Koullouros LLC has advised the parent holding undertakings of the Vedanta Group on the Cyprus law aspects in a series of transactions towards the successful restructuring of certain of their bond liabilities.
Specifically, since January 2024, we have advised on a set of four successive listed senior bond issuances with a total value of US$3.1bn, as well as certain consent solicitation exercises under the undertakings’ pre-existing bonds.
